yield: 5 cups

3 cups chocolate low-fat dairy, soy, or rice milk
10 large ripe strawberries
2 small bananas, in chunks
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on medium speed for 1 minute.
  2. Chill for 5 minutes, pour into tall glasses, and serve naked.
