2 cups vanilla low-fat soy milk
1 12-ounce package soft silken tofu
3 scoops vanilla ice cream (dairy or soy)
1 small banana, in chunks
4 ounces white chocolate, melted

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on medium for 1 minute.
  2. Pour into white cups and gulp or sip to your heart's content.
