He soon falls deep into the complexities of a routine fraud case turned bloody crossfire between wealthy sugar producers and murderous communist guerrillas. As Hart becomes more immersed in the investigation, he also becomes untangled in a love affair with the murder victim’s beautiful, unattainable cousin.
